Archbishop Fulton Sheen (1895-1979) Warning of Satan's Counter Church

      "He [Satan] will set up a counter church which will be the ape of the Church, because he, the Devil, is the ape of God. It will have all the notes and characteristics of the Church, but in reverse and emptied of its divine content. It will be a mystical body of the Antichrist that will in all externals resemble the mystical body of Christ. . . .But the twentieth century will join the counter church because it claims to be infallible when its visible head speaks ex cathedra." (Fulton J. Sheen, Communism and the Conscience of the West, Indianapolis: Bobbs-Merrill, 1948, pp. 24-25)

       Does this counter church exist today?  What do you think?  The last line mentions the 20th century will join the counter church. The 20th century would begin at the start of the year 1901 and would end at the end of the year 2000. If so, it can only mean the New Church of Vatican II and the Novus Ordo (New Mass) which has deviated from Catholic Tradition and the Latin Tridentine Mass. The Second Vatican Council met in four segments, from Fall 1962 to Fall 1965.

         If not, what else could it possibly be?  

     The Roman Rite Destroyed!
