The Rainbow is a Promise of God!
[12] And God said: This is the sign of the covenant which I give between me and you, and to every living soul that is with you, for perpetual generations. [13] I will set my bow in the clouds, and it shall be the sign of a covenant between me, and between the earth. [14] And when I shall cover the sky with clouds, my bow shall appear in the clouds: [15] And I will remember my covenant with you, and with every living soul that beareth flesh: and there shall no more be waters of a flood to destroy all flesh.
[16] And the bow shall be in the clouds, and I shall see it, and shall remember the everlasting covenant, that was made between God and every living soul of all flesh which is upon the earth. Book of Genesis

Ngo Dinh Diem, President of the Republic of South Vietnam 1956–1963
How Vietnam Catholic President Diem
Was Betrayed by America
Allan W. Royce
Read more here:
In Fr. Vincent Miceli's book, The Antichrist, he devotes
about three pages to information on Ngo dinh Diem.
According to Fr. Miceli, Diem's "personal incorruptibility"
was legendary. He was actually winning the war against the
Communists. "While Diem, the faithful catholic, was defeating
the communists in his country, the communist started the political ploy
of burning Buddhists and the leftist press in America started the false
propaganda that Diem was behind it all. It was at this point that the
Liberals made their demand to President Kennedy that Diem must go.
The smear campaign accusing Diem of ordering the burnings was made
despite the fact that Diem had some seventeen Buddhists
in his government and a UN investigating committee found
no evidence of governmental persecution of Buddhists.
But the leftists were not to be inconvenienced by the truth.
The gold-plated liberals and communist sympathizers in the
Kennedy camp hollered all the more for Diem's head." Fr. Miceli
goes on to write that a a cablegram gave the "green light to the Vietnam
generals opposed to Diem to depose him by a coup d'etat. The rest
is ugly history. Diem was assassinated by his generals, the President
of Vietnam whose personal incorruptibility was legendary." It's interesting
to note here that three weeks later President John F. Kennedy was
also assassinated in America.

After 50 years, a public memorial Mass for South Vietnamese President Ngo Dinh Diem allowed
For the first time, Catholics and others attended a memorial service for the president murdered on 2 November 1963 by his generals backed by Washington. A nationalist and patriot, he represented an alternative to Ho Chi Minh for many Vietnamese. So far, Hanoi has muddied (and tarnished) his memory.
According to the article "For years, Vietnam's Communist government, which has ruled North and South since reunification in 1975, sought to muddy (if not tarnish) Ngo Dinh Diem's memory, refusing even to have his name carved on the tombstone." "Hanoi's official history has tended to downplay the Catholic leader's role in the country's past. Schoolbooks tell a "totally false" version of his life and deeds." See the full article here.

“Never forget that there are only two philosophies to rule your life: the one of the cross, which starts with the fast and ends with the feast. The other of Satan, which starts with the feast and ends with the headache.” Archbishop Fulton Sheen

Holy Communion should be received on the tongue and not in the hand!
St. Thomas Aquinas (1225-1274): "Out of reverence towards this Sacrament [the Holy Eucharist], nothing touches it, but what is consecrated; hence the corporal and the chalice are consecrated, and likewise the priest's hands, for touching this Sacrament." (Summa Theologica, Part III, Q. 82, Art. 3, Rep. Obj. 8.)
The Council of Trent (1545-1565): "The fact that only the priest gives Holy Communion with his consecrated hands is an Apostolic Tradition." For more information go here.
